Is this a free plan or a credits program?
No. It is a temporary discount on an existing paid Starter or Growth subscription. There is no credit balance to manage.
What exactly is discounted?
Approved startups receive 50% off their selected plan's monthly base subscription for six months. Taxes, usage overages, SMS charges, add-ons, and additional services are not included in the discount.
Do we need venture funding?
No. Bootstrapped companies can apply. We are more interested in your product, your access-control requirements, and your integration readiness.
Is approval automatic?
No. We review applications individually based on fit and capacity. Applying does not reserve a place or start a subscription.
What happens after six months?
Standard subscription pricing applies. We confirm the discounted period and post-offer billing details before your subscription is activated.
What does the onboarding session include?
An introductory discussion of your first integration, application structure, and initial access-control requirements. It does not include custom development, a managed migration, or ongoing consulting. Normal plan support remains available within the plan's limits.
Can an AI startup apply?
Yes. Describe the agent workflows and actions you need to control. We will assess the fit and confirm relevant capabilities and plan availability. Applying does not unlock every AI governance feature.
Can existing customers or annual subscriptions use the offer?
The offer is intended for new paid SaaS customers using monthly Starter or Growth subscriptions. Existing customers and teams considering annual billing, Licensed, or Managed deployments should contact us to discuss their options.
