Tenant signup

Create your TrueCaaS workspace.

Set up your account, define your workspace, and choose its tenant administrator. Complete these four steps before continuing to secure Stripe checkout.

Account administrator

This person owns the subscription and manages billing, domain verification, and activation in My Account.

Use a business or personal email you can access. Create an account password here; tenant administration uses separate credentials in step 3.

Workspace and hosted login

Name your tenant and choose the region where it will run. For example, Acme Health with the login address auth.example.com.

Use a dedicated subdomain such as auth.example.com or login.example.com. Keep your main website at example.com.

After checkout, complete domain ownership, certificate, and routing checks in My Account before activating the tenant.

Tenant administrator

This person manages tenant users, applications, and security settings. They sign in to the tenant console with separate tenant credentials.

The same person may hold both roles, but an account administrator sign-in does not grant access to tenant administration.

Enter a username. Its email suffix comes from your hosted-login parent domain: sarah-admin@example.com for auth.example.com.

After activation, the tenant administrator receives a temporary password at this address. Use an address that can receive email. A password change is required at first sign-in.

Plan and checkout

Choose your plan and review the two administrator identities before continuing to Stripe checkout.

Payment confirms your subscription. Your tenant becomes available after you finish its setup and activate it from My Account.
