These terms provide the basic rules for evaluating, onboarding, and using TrueCaaS through self-serve, managed, or licensed models.
Use of service
TrueCaaS is provided for evaluating, deploying, and operating customer-facing identity and authorization workflows. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activity.
Accounts and tenants
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit when creating a workspace or requesting a tenant. You must protect administrator credentials and promptly notify us of suspected misuse.
Billing and commercial terms
Paid plans, managed deployments, and licensed use may be governed by separate order forms, invoices, or negotiated commercial terms. Pricing pages summarize standard packaging but final commercial documents govern where applicable.
Acceptable use
You may not use TrueCaaS to circumvent access controls, distribute malware, abuse messaging channels, or violate the rights of other users, customers, or counterparties.
Service changes
We may evolve features, packaging, and service components over time. Material commercial changes will be handled through your active subscription terms, order form, or renewal process.
